Speak with a therapist
We match you with a therapist who best suits your needs. They'll call you to talk about what support looks like for you and set up an appointment.
In-person support begins
Your therapist will visit you to assess your environment and discuss your needs in person. Together, you'll create a plan that suits you.

Therapy and support are delivered where you're most comfortable. Your therapist will work alongside you to reach your goals.

What is mobile occupational therapy?Mobile occupational therapy means we come to you at home, school, work, or anywhere you're comfortable. This approach allows for more personalised, practical support in your everyday environment. Do you offer occupational therapy for adults and children?Yes, we support people across their lifespan. ActivOT practitioners offer paediatric occupational therapy, as well as for adults and older Australians, depending on the therapist's experience and interests.
