New South Wales​

• Metro Sydney (including Hornsby, The Hills, Ryde and Blacktown) with Kimberly Kirk, who has capacity to support NDIS participants and individuals funded under DVA and My Aged Care for assessments and ongoing therapy.

• Mid North Coast (Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie and surrounds) with Elizabeth Cunningham, who has availability for individuals under the NDIS, DVA and My Aged Care funding streams.​

• Melbourne with Helen Painter in Malvern and surrounds. She can assist with NDIS and DVA referrals. Helen can also support individuals requiring NDIS-related medico-legal OT services.

South Australia

We are proud to have a multidisciplinary team in South Australia and can support individuals requiring Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Therapy Assistance services.

• Para Hills, SA - Sue Oh (OT) has capacity to support individuals funded under NDIS, DVA and My Aged Care. Services available for Chinese and Korean speaking individuals.

• Mitcham, SA - Siobhan Tothill (OT) can support individuals funded under DVA and My Aged Care.

• Kensington, SA - Jade Norsworthy (OT) can support individuals requiring home modifications.
