South Australia

We are proud to have a multidisciplinary team in South Australia and can support individuals requiring Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Therapy Assistance services.

• Kilkenny, SA and surrounds - Victoria Nelson (Physio) can support individuals funded under NDIS and Support at Home with Physiotherapy services.

• Mitcham, SA - Siobhan Tothill (OT) can support individuals funded under DVA and Support at Home.

• Kensington, SA - Jade Norsworthy (OT) can support individuals requiring home modifications.

• Somerton Park, SA - Emma Hobba (OT) has capacity to support new referrals for individuals with physical and neurological conditions. 

• We have increased capacity for NDIS, Support at Home and DVA referrals from Glenelg to Aldinga Beach (including Somerton Park, Reynella, Morphett Vale and surrounds), Hindmarsh Island and Victor Harbour. Please click here to submit a referral.

Queensland

• Kawana, QLD (Sunshine Coast) and surrounds - Kim Lynn (OT) is accepting new referrals for all funding streams (DVA, NDIS and Support at Home). 

• Nambour, QLD - Suzy Heeks (OT) currently has availability to accept new DVA and Support at Home (Aged Care) referrals.

• Caloundra, QLD and surrounds - Roy George (OT) is accepting referrals for individuals requiring physical and neurological Occupational Therapy support.

• Redlands, QLD - Nora English (OT) is accepting new referrals for individuals funded under NDIS, DVA and Support at Home.

Victoria

• Melbourne with Helen Painter in Malvern and surrounds. She can assist with NDIS and DVA referrals. Helen can also support individuals requiring NDIS-related medico-legal OT services.​​
