ActivOT practitioners provide home based therapy services for aged care. Our aim is to maximise safety and independence in the home environment, whether that be the family home or an independent living or retirement unit.

ActivOT occupational therapists are available to provide interventions as required for support at home under My Aged Care consumer-directed care.

Our occupational therapists are registered to provide services under the Australian Government’s My Aged Care program. Further information on the Support at Home Program can be found here.

If you have private health insurance extras you may be eligible for a rebate. Contact us if you need help with the information needed by your health fund in order to confirm your eligibility for a rebate.
