The NDIS gives people with permanent and significant disabilities greater choice in the supports they access. Many of our Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists are registered NDIS providers who work with participants to deliver flexible, person-centred services that align with their goals.

NDIS Assessments
Our occupational therapists provide a wide range of assessments tailored to meet your individual needs and NDIS goals. Every person is different, which is why we use clinical judgement to determine the most appropriate tools and methods for your situation.
Depending on your needs, assessments may include a combination of standardised and non-standardised tools. These assessments help identify your current strengths and areas where support may be beneficial. We provide clear, detailed reports that meet NDIS requirements.
With consent, information is also sourced from other professionals and carers involved, as required. This ensures a comprehensive assessment is completed, meeting all of the individual’s needs to achieve their goals.

This approach allows for more personalised, practical support in your everyday environment. Do you offer occupational therapy for adults and children?Yes, we support people across their lifespan. ActivOT practitioners offer paediatric occupational therapy, as well as for adults and older Australians, depending on the therapist's experience and interests. Do I need a referral to see an Occupational Therapist?No, you can complete your own referral to work with our practitioners. Veterans are the only exception – if that’s you, here’s what you need to know about the DVA process. To start the referral process, head to our online referral form here.
