In 2012, ActivOT founder Helen Whait was pregnant. Instead of imagining life with a new baby, she was overwhelmed by how inflexible and unsustainable traditional OT work felt.
There had to be a better way...
So Helen worked to grow a thriving private practice that was rewarding and worked with her life.
But rather than growing a team of therapists under her, Helen made it her personal mission to create a new kind of support system for occupational therapists.
