for Veterans
Serving Veterans since 2007
ActivOT practitioners actively work with the Veteran community to meet their unique and specialised needs. It is our privilege to serve those who served our country.

In order for our occupational therapists to provide services for Veterans, we need a D904 referral from your GP or hospital discharge planner, or from DVA directly.
