Tony De Minico

Tony De Minico from ActivOT Thorngate is a motivated and hardworking individual who is driven to deliver the highest level of client-focused care. This strong work ethic has been shaped by his extensive background in the advertising industry. As a Therapy Assistant and qualified Motor Driving Instructor, Tony recognises the importance of collaborating closely with Allied Health clinicians to enhance clients’ quality of life and functional outcomes. He works alongside Occupational Therapists and Driver Trained Occupational Therapists to support individuals in achieving clinical goals and driving independence. Tony has over a decade of experience mentoring young people to develop their skills and achieve their sporting goals. He draws on this experience to build strong rapport with clients and motivate them to improve their independence across self-care, household tasks, community participation, social engagement, driver training and leisure activities.
