About Tarryn

Tarryn Brady, ActivOT Ouyen, is a passionate and experienced occupational therapist dedicated to empowering individuals to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. With a strong belief in the mantra, “You don’t know what you don’t know,” she is committed to enlightening people about the possibilities available to enhance their quality of life. Tarryn has recently returned to the Mallee after 20 years exploring the world, gaining vast experience, and is eager to contribute to the local community through her OT practice. Tarryn is passionate about providing practical solutions that are both evidence-based and person-centred, to foster independence and engagement. She values education and collaboration, believing that knowledge is key to unlocking opportunities for those she works with. In addition to one-on-one therapy, she has a strong interest in delivering small group sessions, training, and education to maximize her impact in the community. Tarryn also prioritises collaborating with other professionals to provide the most effective and comprehensive support for those she works with. Outside of work, Tarryn stays busy as a mum of two young children, while also managing her partner’s electrical company. She is invested in her local community, participating in various committees to drive progress and ensure sustainability of groups into the future. Tarryn enjoys photography, hiking, playing tennis and netball, and has a deep love for travel (she visited over 30 countries by the time she was 30).
