Chloe Ditchfield

Chloe Ditchfield, ActivOT Narangba, is originally from England, and relocated to Australia with her parents and two younger siblings as a teenager. At first, the transition was difficult but she hasn’t looked back and now embraces Brisbane as her home. Having always been passionate about helping people, Chloe has worked as a disability support worker in supported independent living and community access for 20 years. She has also had experience as a personal care worker and a recreation officer in an aged care setting. Chloe has experience in hospital settings and has worked in a variety of settings, including: • Respiratory • Infectious diseases • Orthopedics • General Medicine As an Occupational Therapist, Chloe is committed to working with a wide range of adults, supporting them to achieve their goals. She prides herself on providing quality interactions, treating her clients with the kindness and respect that she would want her loved ones to be treated with. She believes in supporting her clients loved ones just as much as the clients themselves. When Chloe is not providing occupational therapy services in the Moreton Bay and Brisbane North regions, she likes to spend time with her husband and their two children. They like to make the most of the weekends by going camping and other fun activities. Chloe is a foodie and dreams of travelling the world with her family!
