Rosetta Cafuta

Rosetta Cafutta, ActivOT Kidman Park, loves to be creative and thinking outside of the box – this extends to her practice as an occupational therapist. Rosetta’s is driven by the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of the people she works with. Her strengths lie in her many years of experience working as a mental health occupational therapist in numerous settings, including adult mental health services and in her private practice, with veterans and participants of the NDIS. These experiences have allowed Rosetta to work in a manner that allows her to be holistic, client-centred and creative. Rosetta works collaboratively with her clients to come up with solutions to support her clients to achieve their goals, feel less disenfranchised, and achieve better health and occupational engagement, ultimately supporting them to live their best lives. Rosetta has a strong interest in trauma-informed care and sensory approaches.She works with individuals to assist them in building their capacity with their self-management skills. Rosetta provides occupational therapy services to the individuals funded under the Department of Veteran Affairs scheme, Medicare Better Access Mental Health, and she is a registered NDIS provider. When not working, Rosetta loves spending time being creative, especially making home-thrown pottery pieces. She is an acrylic resin artist and ceramicist. When not having fun in her studio, she loves spending time with her growing family.
