About Jade
Jade Norsworthy, ActivOT Kensington, is a dedicated occupational therapist who is client centred in her approach to occupational therapy services. From her twenty years spent renovating homes, she has developed first-hand knowledge and experience with home modifications.
In addition to the services listed below, Jade can provide support for ergonomic assessments and job analyses, as well as manual handling training.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves the outdoors and travelling.

Jade completed her studies in occupational therapy at the University of South Australia in 2001. She has worked as an occupational therapist since completing her studies, providing a wide range of services in injury prevention and management. She also spent two years in London completing injury management and working with clients following serious motor vehicle accidents.
