Kimberly Kirk

Kimberly Kirk, ActivOT Hornsby, is a passionate Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. She is committed to empowering and supporting individuals with a range of physical, intellectual and psychological conditions through functional assessments, home modifications, assistive technology, and tailored therapy plans. Her goal is to promote independence, safety, and quality of life both at home and in the community. Clear and compassionate communication is at the heart of Kimberly's practice. Kimberly has a strong background in Occupational Rehabilitation and has experience working with individuals with a variety of physical, neurological and intellectual conditions. A creative problem-solver, Kimberly excels at thinking outside the box to develop tailored therapeutic interventions that address each client's unique needs and goals. Her holistic approach integrates physical, emotional, and social aspects of rehabilitation, ensuring a comprehensive path to wellness. Kimberly is providing occupational therapy services across northern Sydney, including the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai areas, The Hills, Ryde, Parramatta and surrounding suburbs, and from Mooney Mooney to Gosford on the Central Coast. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys playing golf, a passion that keeps her active and reminds her daily of the importance of purposeful movement, leisure, and balance in life. She also loves spending time with her family, whether it's at the park or sitting at a cafe, as well as exploring new destinations.
