Kimberly Kirk

Kimberly Kirk, ActivOT Hornsby, is a passionate Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. Having grown up and spent most of her life in the Hornsby area, she is committed to empowering and supporting individuals in her community. Kimberly has a strong background in Occupational Rehabilitation and has experience working with individuals with a variety of physical, neurological and intellectual conditions. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals with musculoskeletal disorders, ADHD, nerve compression syndromes and dementia. Her goal is to promote independence, safety, and quality of life both at home and in the community. Clear and compassionate communication is at the heart of Kimberly's practice. A creative problem-solver, Kimberly excels at thinking outside the box to develop tailored therapeutic interventions that address each client's unique needs and goals. Her holistic approach integrates physical, emotional, and social aspects of rehabilitation, ensuring a comprehensive path to wellness. Kimberly is providing occupational therapy services across northern Sydney, including the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai areas, The Hills (including Blacktown), Ryde and surrounding suburbs. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys playing golf, a passion that keeps her active and reminds her daily of the importance of purposeful movement, leisure, and balance in life. She also loves spending time with her family, whether it's at the park or sitting at a cafe, as well as exploring new destinations.
