About Gosia

Gosia firmly believes in the power of collaboration and recognises that a holistic approach to care produces the best outcomes for her patients. By working closely with other healthcare professionals, she ensures that each person receives comprehensive care tailored to their individual circumstances and goals. As a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, Gosia has worked across a broad range of settings including hospital, community, clinical, occupational and rehabilitation environments. Her extensive experience, combined with an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality care, has earned her a strong reputation among both patients and professional colleagues. Gosia is particularly passionate about helping people improve movement, function and overall physical performance. Through years of clinical practice, she has developed a deep appreciation for the important relationship between the mind and body in recovery, rehabilitation and human performance. To further support this integrative approach, Gosia has undertaken additional training in clinical hypnosis through the South Australian Society of Hypnosis. These skills complement her physiotherapy practice by helping patients develop greater focus, confidence and resilience, while supporting positive behavioural change that can enhance rehabilitation outcomes and overall wellbeing. Gosia’s dedication to professional growth is reflected in her ongoing commitment to education and staying informed about the latest developments in physiotherapy and healthcare. This ensures that her clinical approach remains aligned with contemporary evidence-based practice. Compassionate, empathetic and deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of those she treats, Gosia strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment for her patients. Whether helping individuals recover from injury, manage chronic pain, address fear of falling, or optimise their independence and physical function, she takes the time to listen carefully and understand each person’s unique concerns. With Gosia as your physiotherapist, you can expect personalised care, thoughtful clinical guidance and a compassionate approach that supports you in achieving your health and wellbeing goals. Outside of her professional life, Gosia enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering her time and expertise to charitable organisations focused on promoting health and wellness. She also enjoys relaxing by the fire with a good book and spending time with her much-loved pet parrot, Zazu.
