Cecelia Howard

Cecelia Howard, ActivOT Flagstaff Hills, is a passionate Occupational Therapist who enjoys supporting people of all ages to achieve meaningful goals and participate more fully in the activities that are important to them. She takes a warm, collaborative, and person-centred approach, working alongside individuals, families, and support networks to build on strengths, overcome challenges, and maximise independence. Cecelia provides services throughout Flagstaff Hills and surrounding areas and is also available to support clients in Goolwa and the Fleurieu Peninsula region. As a mother of four, Cecelia brings both professional knowledge and a practical understanding of the challenges individuals and families may face. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, travelling, practising yoga, and enjoying time with family and friends.
