Sinini Mlilo

Sinini Mlilo has always been driven by a genuine passion for helping people and finds great reward in supporting individuals in achieving independence and participating in activities that are meaningful to them. Her journey as an Occupational Therapist and in healthcare, in general, has allowed Sinini to witness the positive impact that we can have on a person’s life, and she is committed to making a difference through her work. Sinini focuses on providing client-centred care to empower individuals to live as independently as possible. Her experience as a support worker, enrolled nurse and now Occupational Therapist has given her a holistic understanding of the diverse needs of her clients. She approaches every individual recognising that they are unique, and strives to build trust and collaboration, creating an environment where clients feel supported and understood. With her experience across a variety of settings, Sinini is adaptable and committed to delivering the highest quality of care. She enjoys collaborating with clients and their families to help them achieve their goals and support them to live a meaningful everyday life. Sinini provides a range of Occupational Therapy services aimed at improving her clients’ independence and overall quality of life, and is currently supporting individuals under the NDIS, My Aged Care and Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) funding schemes. Sinini is passionate about supporting the community and often makes time to be involved in charity or volunteer work in her local area. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves anything to do with interior decorating.
