Kylie Neville grew up in a small town in country Victoria, before starting her career in healthcare. She gained a bachelor degree in Nursing and began working at a major paediatric hospital in Melbourne, where she dedicated 13 years to providing holistic, family-centered care.
Throughout her career, Kylie has worked alongside nurses, medical professionals, allied health specialists, and dedicated healthcare workers who have continuously inspired her throughout her career. After welcoming her two children, she transitioned to an administrative role, at the same hospital for 14 years.
Kylie joined the ActivOT team to continue to champion empowerment and integrity,furthers her passion for health and helping others. In her role she supports our mobile practitioners, contributing positively to the broader community’s health journey. She finds great joy in seeing people find happiness in what they do, making her a perfect fit for our team.
Life outside the office for Kylie
Outside of work, Kylie loves watching her children participate in playing the sport they love. She loves listening to music across all genres, as it always takes her to a happy place.
Kylie thinks not much beats sharing a charcuterie board with her favourite people, with cup-filling laughter and conversation.
